Alongside such acclaimed chefs as Georgio Loccatelli, Nonsolovino are rated as one of the top Italian restaurants in the country! Our own head chef Matt Bennison displays his creative flair with a dish of smoked peach and lobster risotto with a Prosecco foam, a tribute to the typically Venetian Bellini cocktail. Andrea speaks passionately about Venetian food and his native area of Italy.

ITALIAN wine specialists Peter Gately and Andrea Sgravatto have come up with the connoisseur’s dream… You can taste 16 different wines, all at optimum condition; you get the pick of Italy’s independent vineyards; and three of the wines are available on draught. NonSoloVino, which opened last week on the outskirts of Chesterfield, is the first place in the UK to offer such a service.
